VISIONTEK 72SE converts Serial data to Ethernet media that can be transported across network via Ethernet (LAN, WAN or Ethernet). Housed in ABS plastic enclosure with small foot print, to use in various Industrial applications. The built-in surge and ESD protection assure you of reliable functionality. The web management software gives flexibility to remotely log-in and configure the converter. SNMP is available for switch link and status monitoring. 72SE gives you another benefit of security by allowing the network adminstrator to incorporate serial data controlled devices such as; door locks, Pan-Tilt-Zoom (PTZ) camera control and finger print/retail scanners into common ethernet network.
